How to order a custom shirt

This is a guide to ordering your own unique custom garment with Royal Tee Customs. "Just make something that looks good" doesn't work here. Be creative and express yourself.

1. Start off by choosing a garment as well as placement of the images and or words you like from the options of 100% cotton garments below.

2. Find the images you would like to have displayed. If the images you have are blurry, they will be printed that way. We can not change the image quality once it has been sent. Images printed will have a mamimum size of 12.5 inches wide and 18.5 inches tall. 

3.Choose a font from the options below if you would like words incorporated with your design. 


4. Send us your choices via email at [email protected] or text 773-527-9239 

5. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deopsit of the order is required to start the process. A mock up of your order will be sent to you for approval before priniting. You are allowed ONE change if needed. Average wait time for orders is 2-3 days.

6. Once the order is complete, You will recieve a picture of your creation and arrange shipping or pick up. We do not deliver at the moment. Customers are responsible for the balance of the order as well as shipping costs. Orders will NOT be released until balances are paid in full. 

7. Show off your creation to the world with confidence. We use a process called DTF which is long lasting and vibrant. For best results, machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to reduce shrinkage.
